Have your say!
Woolworths have proven they are neither good corporate citizens or that they care in any way about our environment. Businesses focused only on the almighty dollar will only leave a legacy of exploitation of humankind and destruction of our planet. Woolworths stop your greed - consumers, don't buy from Woolworths till they change their links with nefarious suppliers. Consumers, support small businesses.

Shocking details about Woolies (and Coles, as a matter of fact) that we have come to this stage in society, shocking that most Aussies still don't seem to care what they eat (as although not as widely spread and a bit more expensive, there is other options out there, eg Wholefood Stores, fresh food markets...), shocking that this page is not bursting with comments - and amazing the quality awareness raising work that you doing. Thanks! Next Year there will be a government release on product road maps, including a road map for fresh food. Watch out for it if you wanna know what impact your consumption has on the environment, the society you live in as well as the rest of the world!

Why do Woolworths continue to use such outrageously sourced product? They are such a huge company and if they really wanted to sprout green credentials they would STOP it NOW. With Global warming, we all need to be planting more forests, not destroying them.
Thanks for keeping a watch on this issue. Well done.

Large companies like Woolworths should lead by example and earn themselves some 'green credentials'. Thanks for all your effort in trying to make Australia a greener place to live.
